The Rossville Lady Dawgs Cross Country team competed in the 2A State Cross Country Meet at Wamego on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2019, placing 4th as a team. Three teams qualify for the state meet from four Regional meets, for a total of 12 teams competing at State. The girls ran very well, on a beautiful day, finishing with fewer points (115) than their 2018 State 4th place finish (141 points), and much closer to being on the podium as a team. 3rd Place had 110 points, and 2nd place 106 points - this is a very close gap in cross country.
